We do not offer refunds or standard returns for change-of-mind, preference, or incorrect size selection.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us after receiving your order. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a special discount or adjustment on a future order.

Exchanges

If an item requires an exchange due to a sizing, fitting, alteration, or product-related issue, we may arrange a replacement after reviewing the case.

Approved replacement items will generally be dispatched with the customer’s next order/shipment.

Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition for an exchange to be considered. Any issue should be reported to us as soon as possible after delivery.
